What is Custom Labelled Bottled Water?
It is a bottle of high quality pure water with your companies' logo or unique design that promotes your companies brand message to your customers. It is a fantastic promotional tool.

Is Hydr8 Water Accredited?
Yes. Hydr8 Water is a member of APPA (Australasian Promotional Products Association).

What is the minimum order?
240 units or 10 cartons

THE WATER

Is the Water bottled fresh at the time of order?
Yes. Every order is bottled and labelled fresh. We do not use previously bottled stock sitting in a warehouse.

Where is the water bottled?
Hydr8 Water currently have 3 bottling plants across Australia.
Melbourne | Sydney | Perth

What is the shelf life of Hydr8 Bottled Water?
18 - 24 months

What kind of water do you use?
Only the highest grade Pure Distilled water is used.
Our Water is NOT Spring Water.
Steam Distilled Pure Water sits at the top end of the water market.
It is a PREMIUM drinking water.

THE BOTTLES

What kind of bottles are used?
We use high-quality PET (plastic) bottles which are light-weight and clear in color with a smooth label panel and ridges. They do not affect the taste of our pure water. For Sparkling water we use glass.

Do you have options on bottle sizes?
Yes. There are 4 bottle styles currently available in our range.

THE LABELS

Are the labels waterproof or just water resistant?
Hydr8 Water Labels are 100% waterproof to protect your brand integrity.Our labels are commercial quality to refrigeration standards.Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay which is completely submersible with no effect to the label colour or message.

Are there options on label sizes and styles?
Yes. Hydr8 Water offer a range of label sizes and styles for each bottle.
Custom shaped labels are also available at no extra cost .

Are the labels machine applied or hand applied?
The labels are machine applied.  The labels are produced on a core, which fits into our bottling line, and the whole procedure is automated. 

THE CAPS

What kinds of caps are used? 
All of our bottles come with safety caps with a single safety seal around the base of the cap. We use a tamper-evident twist-off caps. Are there options on lid closures and colours? Yes we offer a range of standard screw top cap colours in white, black, and clear.  The Sports Pop Top Caps is available in clear only.

ARTWORK

Is there an in-house design team available to assist with your label design?
Your distributor or marketing agency is likely to have an inhouse graphic design service. Costs may apply.

Is artwork kept on file?
Yes. Customer labels are kept in stock for re-orders and artwork is kept on file for 12 months.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Are there set up costs?
No.

How long does it take to deliver?
Production and delivery are usually 10 -15 days from final art approval.

Can you accommodate rush orders?
We can at times - it depends on the production schedule at the time you order - please check with your distributor or marketing agency to confirm.  Any order that needs to be delivered in less than 10 working days from approval to proceed will be subject to a rush charge.

Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?
Re-orders are no problem.

Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?
No you do not have to receive the entire order at one time.

Can you drop ship nationally to varied locations?
YES! We can drop ship an order for an agreed time table all over Australia.
With bottling in various cities we can save you a lot of time and money moving stock yourself.
Minimum drop ship quantities apply.

Can you hold stock?
Yes.  We have programs available whereby we can hold your labels in our warehouse and bottle fresh as you draw from that stock over an agreed period. Effectively we can warehouse your stock for FREE.

PRICING

Is there GST on Bottled Water?
NO!

What does it cost?
