Artwork RequirementsAll Artwork to be supplied on provided templates or charges will apply All Artwork to be supplied as vector art saved as PDF Hard copies of artwork are recommended. Labels can be 1 colour or upto 4 colour process. If specific pms colours are used, please state them on your artwork. We use 2 print methods when producing labels for our water bottles: One method is a high quality digital print, on a specialised printing machine that produces the water labels on a core that fits into our bottling line. The other method is "Flexoprint" - this is a more complicated method of producing labels, but this method allows us to print pms specific colours. We generally use this method for larger runs of approx 2,500 water labels or more. Label QualityCustom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay which is completely submersible with no effect to the label color or message. Our labels are 100% water proof not just water resistant, ensuring you have a high quality commercial product for your brand promotion. |
