1. What is custom labelled bottled water?

Custom labelled bottled water is a great promotional and marketing tool for your business. We start by bottling the best quality, purest water available. Then we take your logo or another unique image and print it on the bottle’s label. You can promote your company’s brand message while offering your customers a fantastic product that is convenient and healthy.

2. Is Hydr8 Water accredited?

Yes we are. Hydr8 Water is a member of Australasian Promotional Products Association (APPA). We sell custom labelled bottled water at wholesale price to promotion companies.

3. What is the minimum I can order?

We have a minimum order of 240 units or 10 cartons.

 

The Water

4. Is the water bottled fresh at the time of order?

Absolutely. All water is freshly bottled and labelled for each order. We never use previously bottled stock.

5. Where is the water bottled?

We currently have three bottling plants located in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

6. What is the shelf life of Hydr8 Bottled Water?

The shelf life of our bottled water is 24 months.

7. What kind of water do you use?

We use the highest grade, steam distilled, pure water. Spring water option can be requested for NSW and QLD customers.

 

The Bottles

8. What kind of bottles are used?

Our bottles are made from the highest quality PET (plastic) bottles which are light-weight and clear in color with a smooth label panel and ridges. They do not affect the taste of our pure water.

9. Do you have options on bottle sizes?

Yes we do. Hydr8 Water can provide several different bottle styles depending on your requirements.

 

The Labels

10. Are the labels waterproof or just water resistant?

Hydr8 Water’s labels are 100% waterproof to protect the integrity of your brand. Our labels are commercial quality and adhere to refrigeration standards. Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay. This means your product can be completely submerged with no ill effect to the label colour or your message.

11. Are there options on label sizes and styles?

Absolutely. Hydr8 Water can offer a range of label sizes and styles for each bottle.

12. Are the labels machine applied or hand applied?

All labels are machine applied and are produced on a core which fits directly into our bottling line. The whole process is automated which guarantees our clients the best quality end product.

 

The Caps

13. What kinds of caps are used?

All of our bottles come with single seal safety caps. We also use tamper-evident twist-off caps.

14. Are there options on lid closures and colours?

Yes there are. We are pleased to offer a range of standard screw top cap available in a wide variety of colours. We can also provide a sports-style pop top cap in blue and clear.

15. Is there an in-house design team available to help with label design?

We don’t do any designing in-house but your distributor or marketing agency should be able organise your label design.

16. Is artwork kept on file?

Yes it is. All of our customer labels are kept in-stock for re-orders and artwork is kept on file for 12 months.

Production & Delivery

17. Are there any set-up costs?

No. We don’t charge any set-up costs which makes the process that much more cost effective.

18. How long does it take to deliver?

We have a fast turn-around time. Production and delivery are usually 10 -15 days from final art approval.

19. Can you accommodate rush orders?

We are more than happy to accommodate any rush orders. Our capacity changes from week to week so it’s best to check with your distributor or marketing agency to confirm our production schedule. Any order that needs to be delivered in less than 10 working days will be subject to a rush charge.

20. Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?

Yes - re-orders are no problem.

21. Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?

No you can stagger the order if it is convenient.

22. Can you drop ship nationally to varied locations?

Yes we can. We are happy to drop ship an order (based on an agreed timetable) anywhere in Australia. As we bottle in different cities we can move your stock - saving you a lot of time and money. Please note - minimum drop ship quantities apply.

23. Can you hold stock?

Yes we can hold stock. We can provide a service where you can draw from stock over an agreed period of time - we hold your labels in our warehouse and bottle fresh as you require it. Essentially we warehouse your stock for FREE.

NO. Bottled water is GST-free.
