At Hydr8 Water we use two printing methods for producing the labels for our bottles. The method we use depends on the order quantity and image requirements.

High quality digital printing

We use a specialised machine that produces custom labels and fits them to a core that is easily slotted in to our bottling line.

Flexoprint

This is a more complicated method for producing labels but it allows us to print exact PMS colours. We generally use Flexoprint for larger runs of 2500 labels or more.

Label Quality

Our custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay. 100% water proof - not just water resistant - our labels can be submerged with no effect to the label colour or message. We use the highest quality inks and adhesives to ensure the best possible output for your brand promotion.
